Spine Program - The function of the spine is to generate power and endurance to our extremities.
- We perform a medical and a hands-on evaluation to determine joint, muscle and nervous system function of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine.
- Address impairments in movement or pain utilizing hands on techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities and patient education and tailor a return to function program to achieve YOUR work, hobby or lifestyle goals.
- Form a written plan to be sent to referral.

Shoulder to Fingers Program - The function of the upper extremity is to reach, push or pull along with the spine, shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand to perform in concert to achieve this goal.
- We perform a medical and a hands-on evaluation to determine joint, muscle and nervous system function of the upper extremity.
- Address impairments in movement or pain utilizing hands on techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities and patient education and tailor a return to function program to achieve YOUR work, hobby or lifestyle goals.
- Form a written plan to be sent to referral.

Hip to Toes Program - The function of the lower extremity is to move the body to where it wants to go. Along with the spine, the hip, knee, ankle and foot work in concert to achieve this goal.
- We perform a medical and a hands-on evaluation to determine joint, muscle and nervous system function of the lower extremity.
- Address impairments in movement or pain utilizing hands on techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities and patient education and tailor a return to function program to achieve YOUR work, hobby or lifestyle goals.
- Form a written plan to be sent to referral.

Balance Program - Falling is a major cause of hospitalization and declining health in adults over the age of 65. You can reduce your risk of falling from guided instruction in improving mobility, strength, conditioning and balance.

Pain Management Program - We will find the cause of your pain and work towards a solution.
“Life is more fun when you can perform at your highest level of your sport!”
Return to Sports Program - We will assess the problem you are having related to your sport activity and address the problem utilizing biomechanical evaluation training principle.
Prehab Program - A pre-operative conditioning program that helps you gain increased strength and conditioning before surgery to help you recover faster after surgery.
On-Site Job Analysis - We will send a therapist to your work site to ensure your working environment and working techniques are not going to further injure your health.
Physical Capacity Evaluations - These evaluations referred to as a PCE, is performed by a certified therapist to evaluate your ability to perform specific tasks.
Work Capacity Evaluations - An evaluation referred to as a WCE, is performed by a certified therapist to evaluate your ability to perform you specified job duties and functions.
Home Exercise Programs - Your therapist will design a series of exercises for you to do in the comfort of your own home. These exercises will focus on getting you back to independence.
Post-Surgical Rehabilitation - After surgery, rehabilitation is extremely important in helping your body regain full function and to prevent setbacks or further injury.
Temporomandibular Joint Program (TMJ) - Our therapists are highly skilled in treating disorders associated with the temporomandibular joint, also known as TMJ. They can help reduce the pain and discomfort commonly associated with TMJ.
Women’s Health - Our programs include treatment applications for chronic pelvic pain, pelvic floor strengthening and incontinence (trouble controlling flow of urine). We treat Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI), which is the complaint of involuntary leakage in effort or exertion such as sneezing and coughing, as well as Urge Urinary Incontinence (UUI), which is involuntary leakage accompanied by or immediately preceded by a strong urge to void. We also utilize biofeedback machines to improve contraction strength of the pelvic floor.
Motor Vehicle Accidents - If you have been in a motor vehicle accident, have filed a claim with your insurance carrier and have a referral from your physician we can treat your injuries.
Workers’ Compensation - If you have had an on-the-job injury and have filed a claim with your employer’s insurance carrier contact us for an appointment.

On-Site Aquatic Therapy - Therapeutic exercise and movement in our warm water, salt generation purification system therapy pool. Great for post-surgical and spine issues.
Manual Therapy - Hands on joint mobilization, or manipulation, to restore joint movement. Also encompasses soft-tissue techniques to free up movement.
Micro-Stimulation/Cranial Stimulation - Control localized pain, generalized pain and improve quality of sleep without medication.
Certified Strength & Conditioning Program - Increase functional strength and condition for your sport.
Speed & Agility Certification - Increase foot speed or show mastery in changing directions quickly and accurately.
Sports Medicine - An accelerated approach to getting back to function at the highest level as quick as possible.
Massage Therapy - Let our licensed massage therapist take away muscular strain under direction of our physical therapists.
Student Athlete Screenings - We offer a FREE “Bumps & Bruises” Clinic for local middle and high school athletes on Monday evenings. The athlete’s coach contacts Peak Performance Physical Therapy to set up an appointment. The physical therapist will evaluate the injury and make appropriate recommendations to the athlete, parents and coach.
Gait Assessments - You can reduce your risk of falling from guided instruction in improving mobility, strength, conditioning and balance. Peak Performance offers periodic, FREE screenings by a therapist who specialized in gait training.
